So you are hosting a fabulous holiday party and you are racking your brain to come up with something classy and elegant to serve your guests. Why not incorporate a Wine and Cheese Table? You can’t go wrong! We often host Wine and Cheese parties and have just this once, decided to share some secrets:) Here are some suggestions..

La Sauvagine ~ Moist, Supple Rind, a Soft Ivory Body, Hints of Hazelnut, Mushroom and Butter ~ Quebec, Canada

Pairing ~ Sileni ‘The Plateau’ Pinot Noir (New Zealand)
or Louis Jadot Bourgogne Pinot Noir (France — Burgundy)

Cave Aged Gruyere ~ Firm Cheese with a Smooth, Nutty Flavour ~ Fribourg, Western French speaking area of Switzerland

Pairing ~ Cave Springs Riesling Off Dry (Ontario)
